Philipp Dietz is a creative executive currently leading Brand & Creative at Replit. Building the function from the ground up during the company’s hypergrowth, he helped define how one of the leading AI brands shows up in the world. His work includes the company’s rebrand, product launches, campaigns, events, and the creative infrastructure that connects company ambition with execution.
Before joining Replit, he spent more than fifteen years leading work for brands including Nike, Mercedes-Benz, Netflix, Beats by Dre, Lexus, and Converse.
His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, One Show, and the ADC, and featured in publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Dazed, and Vogue.
